1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official channels.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior compromises safety.

5. Liability

  • All4one Group is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage to items left in vehicles.

6. Privacy

  • Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Governing Law
